(3) Promotion and Application of New Technologies and Achievements in Oil & Gas Exploration

To further promote theoretical innovation and critical technological breakthroughs in China’s oil & gas exploration sector, accelerate the evaluation, commercialization, promotion, and large-scale application of the latest scientific and technological achievements, and ultimately enhance reserve and production growth, oil (gas) field companies, research institutes, and higher education institutions are invited to systematically summarize managerial and technological achievements since the launch of the 14th Five-Year Plan that are replicable, transferable, scalable, and commercially viable. These achievements may include leading-edge hardware equipment, software systems, technical services, and integrated solutions in key exploration fields such as seismic acquisition, well logging, drilling engineering, and data analytics, for further promotion and application.
